I was confused by this as well. This is AJ Car Rental (also known as AVIS Car Rental) in Korea
I have a similar charge on my account, however it is JOOSIKHOISA SITIPEULLEO I have no idea what this is for, or where it is from, although I did recently travel to Manila, Jarkata, Seoul, Japan and back to PNG. I did not use rental cars for the entire trip, so charges from them are not applicable here.
The only payment I made with my own card in Korea was in a cosmetic shop at the airport, not sure why the charge in my card appears as JOOSIKHOISA SITIPEULLEOSE that eveyone say is a car rental
JOOSIKHOISA TALEUTINKOLIA - This appeared (as a legitimate charge) on my credit card summary from the Tartine coffee shop on the ground floor level of the new Marriott Autograph RYSE hotel. Separate charge from the hotel as I did not charge this to my room.

I never rent a car in Seoul, but why there was a charge in my credit card. Is it illegal?
from what I read joosikhoisa means company / pte ltd, so we should ignore that word and try to understand the other words instead. however the words are written in how koreans read them. e.g AJLENTEOKA - AJ Lenteo - Rental, Ka - Car. Most of the times I need to know what store it is so for SITIPEULLEOSE it is something like City or CT Plus? Not sure but that is how I read it. It can also be written as JOOSIKHWESA. For me it was AKMAEDRABI / Acme De La Vie or SSIJEOIIOLLIBEUYEONG / CJ Olive Young. Sometimes it can also only be the place LOTTEMOOLSAN as I purchased from the Lotte Mall but not specific to the store.
A big Euro charge on my Debit Card in Greece showed up by this name in Greece. Dated 03/11/2024 I don't believe since 2014 no banks security ever went after this. If they did they would of shut it down. It still charging strong all over the world.
