I went to Astoria Cinema Chippenham and it showed as JACRO CINEMA SALES ROSS ON WYE. It looks OK to me, the amount is correct and the movie was Star wars ;) and could be better than a very extended prologue to next parts.

I remember going to reel cinema, widnes on the day my card was charged but I am a bit suspicious of this coming up as jacro. I will be calling reel cinemas today.

A meal we bought in a café attached to a cinema in Aberfeldy Scotland shows Jacron on the sales slip. Nothing suspicious about this - providing you have the sales slip to hand.

I went to the Reel cinema in Fareham Hampshire but my bill showed as Jacro Cinema sales. I think they must be the parent company for a range of indipendant cinemas

Paul Edward on November 16, 2018

Nothing suspicious it's the owner group of the film you went to see. Don't panic the amount is your visit to the cinema .😆

Steve on February 01, 2019

It’s just the parent company for “Reel Cinemas”. The guy who owns the company owns lots of older independent cinemas as he is an enthusiast (my nearest is the Scala in Ilkeston, Derbyshire) and this is the reading name. It’s more cost effective for him to have only one charge account for all the outlets and it’s nothing whatsoever to worry about.

Gareth A on April 24, 2019

Charged £100 in January 2019 and another £8 in March 2019 - not sure what this is for

Don on July 25, 2019

Atoria/Reel Cinemas in Chippenham use this. It's legit

Giles F on October 27, 2019

Panicked when I saw this on my statement, but I checked and it's legit. Hyde Park Cinema in Leeds use this system.
