Heathrow airport short-term parking
£4.00 charge appears on my card on a day when the car sat in the carport all day. I haven't been anywhere near Heathrow for months.
This is a scam. I used my debit card at Heathrow parking in September. Haven’t been back since but £11.50 was debited from my account on 21st December 2018. It’s made to look like a terminal 4 parking charge but Apcoa doesn’t have a car park at terminal 4. My bank has reimbursed me. I will pay with cash at Heathrow in future.

I was worried at first because I could not recognise the name. But yes, I realised it's short-term parking at 4 Terminal Heathrow airport.
