I didn’t sign up for this and didn’t know why my card was changed $39.00. And I would like to have it back.

I did not sign up for this, and have been getting billed $39 per month. I went online to cancel the service, but there's not company there--nothing!. Well, I just stopped paying -- told my Amex to deny all future charges.

This charge is from Doc Prep Services. I used them for Student Loan Consolidation. Their number is: 323-380-3370. Their e-mail is processing@docprepservicing.com. I believe they make it nearly impossible to contact them. They don't answer their phones "because of high call volume" which is complete B.S. And they have not responded to my e-mails yet. my main contact "Robert" is now gone so I have nobody to speak with directly. Good Luck.
