It is Chic-fil-a
My Wife and I ate at a Chick-fil a in Edgewater Florida, I saw on my banking record rge Name "Dwarf House" $14.95, I recognized the amount I paid as correct and the date, but NOT the Name of where I ate, at "Chick-fil-a". Why are these companies not using the proper establishment's recognized Name as advertised on the Company Building?? I feel this method of processing bank Credit Cards is very misleading and wrong to the buyer of their products.
It makes sense that it's Chick Fil A because the founder, Truitt Cathy, started his career with the Dwarf House in Georgia. It was a restaurant, not sure if it's still in business.
Yes there are still Dwarf house restaurants in Georgia
The same thing has just happened to us. We ate at the Edgewater, FL Chick-fil-A and paid with my credit card, as usual. The bill came to my account from the Edgewater Dwarf House for the proper amount. I was ready to dispute the charge, since it seemed so silly. This is a poor business practice when all they have to call it is Edgewater Chick-fil-A -- really misleading, when it doesn't need to be.
Maybe the owner s business is listed under his original restaurant in Georgia called , “ The Dwarf House!
I agree. That needs to change. Not everyone wants to become detective on the their bank statement.
