Ad posted on FB showing fold-up rocker sold on QVC. I never received the merchandise and ELC charged my cc. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I made no purchase from this company.
I figured out that ELC Online is actually for MAC online orders. It’s the makeup company.
It's a pay in 4 charge on my PayPal account. I was absent minded & made a payment & then went back to it & realized I had no idea what it could have been a change for. I will notify PayPal.
I went to pay my AAdvantage charge and saw two transactions from May 8 from them with a charge of zero on each. I have no idea what they are trying to do, so I closed this account and am getting a new card.
