i don't know who this is but there has been a charge which i have not even ordered! Who are these people?
After placing an order, from the catalog, in January 2016, a charge of $14.95 per month has been added to my credit card. I called the number listed with the charge: 855-02278381 and was told I signed up for some "10% savings program", which I NEVER DID! The lady told me she would cancel my "membership" and credit my credit card for $44.85, the charge for the $14.95 for February, March and April. I also called my bank to alert them of this fraud. If my credit card is not credited within 1 week, I am to call the bank again and they will tell me what to do. Everyone must be diligent in watching charges - there are so many scammers out there!!
I do not know who this is but the charges have been appearing on my bill for three months. I made an order and they continue to charge me $14.95 ever month I can not find a number to call them on to get the charges removed.
How do I get this monthly charge of $14.95 removed from my credit card?

I also have been charged that $14;95 fee - I never would have signed up for that - ripoff Coy, I called 1-855-227-8381 and quickly spoke to someone, now I am waiting email affirmation that I have been removed and I asked to stop all catalogs and emails

I was give this info by the bank. I ordered from this company in September and this is some VIP scam. I had to get a new debit card and I am getting ready to call the company and give them a piece of my mind. I never authorized them to do this!!!
I was given the 800 number by my bank. I ordered once from this company and this is a SCAM!!! I called the 800 number and told them I expected a refund and that I never authorized them to take money from my account. Apparently, all you have to do is supply an email address and they consider this authorization.
It's the Country Store. I ordered one thing from them last year and theycharged me 14.95 per month ever since and now owe me over $160 in these scam charges. This is the main number 855 227 8381 but they told me to call 877 301-3540 and that's where they said they would cancel my "membership" and reverse all the charges. They didn't sound at all surprised so they must get tons of these calls. What a scam and also a guarantee that I will NEVER buy anything from them again.
My wife ordered some items from PGI Country Store 27 May 21 2 weeks later she got another charge from them that she didnt make. She called customer service and they told her her account only showed 1 charge. We wont buy anything from them again
Continuing my above comment: My wife called her credit card company and they told her the second charge showed up as a reoccurring charge so They are going to send her a new card and cax the $84.00 charge again I wouldn't do business with this company.
My wife bought ~$50 in gifts for MIL. When auditing her account I found $227 in fraudulent charges due to 'signing up' for the VIP club membership that was not disclosed in the purchase agreement. The won't refund the 'dues' and the duration is beyond what our bank will claw back. This sort of deceptive crap is designed to take advantage of the not reading the fine print. and is completely reprehensible.
I did not sign up either but called the 855-227-8381 number. I was only able to get 6 months back of this monthly charge that was told to me as part of a "rewards program". This is unfortunate - I will no longer buy from this store.
I made a purchase through Country Store in January 2023. On February 25th I got an alert from my credit card company asking if I had authorized a payment of $17.97 to Country Store. Of course my reply was absolutely not. Once the fraud was investigated and the $17.97 was deleted from my account I received an email from Country Store saying my membership had been cancelled. I never signed up for a membership with this company and have no intentions of ever ordering from them again.
Please do not buy from this catalog. They add you to a $16.95 VIP membership that you do not sign up for. My 97 year old mother had no idea she was being billed for a membership that she could not afford.
Ordered from the PGI country store in April. Credit card charged $16.95 every month since. Had to get a new credit card. I didn't sign up for this. They have lost a customer PERMANENTLY. Scammers!
They added a monthly subscription that I NEVER signed up for. Who is interested in EXTRA CHARGES that I dont want or need A perfect SCAM B E W A R E !!!
I used the phone numbers from here to call...at least one worked. However, the number I was transferred to is: 833-539-0717. He said he cancelled my membership. We will see.
PGI Country Store added an $18.95/month charge when we were returning a purchage. They said you need to have a VIP membership for the refund. No mention of a monthly membership fee. As other have reported, this is a scam.
Why was I charged $18.41?

I did not make this charge of $18.95. I was looking at a few things on Amazon, a sweatshirt to be specific but did not even order it. The next day I received a charge on my credit card. I can't find a telephone number for this company either.
Found this on my mother's credit statement for 16 months. she had no idea what it was or how she signed up. Preying on the elderly and those with dementia!
A charge was attempted on our credit card from a company called Ye Sufang which appears to be an apparel business. Wife made a purchase from PGI Country Store recently that did go through. We are wondering if this last attempt is related to the scams mentioned in this thread?
