Was in Lincoln on 5/6 for marathon parked in park and go first hour free. Was there from 10 ish til 12 30ish scanned credit card with no paper work coming out so paid lady in booth. She gave receit and i said i hope nothinf comes on my cc cashier said wouldn't be anymore than 2.50 wrong came on cc as 11.25 from express parc lincoln ne can u say im beyobd %*&!ed

On Nov 16, 2018, I parked in the parking structure adjacent to Southwest Community College. Upon exit, with no cash option available, I used a cred card. No receipt was offered. As the comments above I also was billed $11.25 for what should have been $1.25.

Parked at Lincoln parking garage on 7/10/20. No attendant so paid with credit card. Was charged $1.25 which is what it should have been. But then also noticed a charge for $11.25!
THEY HAVE A MACHINE WHERE YOU PAY THE TIME IN THE PARKING LOT AND WHERE YOU ENTER THE TICKET BUT IT DOES NOT EXPLAIN HOW IT SHOULD BE PAID. THEY ARE COMMITTING A FRAUD, BECAUSE THEY HAVE A MACHINE NEXT TO CHARGING $ 11.25 WHERE ONE SWIPES THE CARD. IT IS A FRAUD BECAUSE THEY CHARGE AND DO NOT RETURN THE MONEY. I WENT TO MAKE THE CLAIM AND THEY SAID IT WAS MY ERROR. BUT MY ERROR COST ME $ 123.75 DOLLARS IN JANUARY AND FEBRUARY 2020. AND THERE IS NO AN ANSWER COMPANY. SOMEONE SHOULD SUE THIS FRAUD.

I parked in Express Parc for a little more than an hour and my fee was $11.25. That seems to be the amount charged for the other complaints.
I disputed the charge on my credit card and sent a copy of the other complaints on a PDF. I know that it is only $10.00 more than I should have paid but imagine how much Express Parc has made by overcharging people parking in downtown Lincoln through the years. What a scam!
I filed a complaint with the Nebraska Attorney General Office for the overcharge of $10. The office has contacted me twice and is acting on it even though it is only a $10 overcharge.
Parked in the Red Garage on Feb. 28, 2023. Charge was advertised for $9.00 and my credit card was charged $90.00. Called the number it said to call if there is a problem and it showed it was the Lincoln Mayor's office and no one answered.
I parked for about an hour should’ve been charged 1.25 instead was charged 11.25. What is anyone doing about this? Sounds like this has been going on for several years and no one‘s rectified it. That’s a $10 difference and is theft.
