I have had two fraudulent charges made to my Credit Card with the reference JCPENNY 2783. I am a South African Citizen. The Charges were made to my card on the night of the 18.11.2015 One for ZAR4535.45 and one for ZAR 6238.29. Have contacted my banks fraud department who cancelled the card and are investigating
