I had two charges on my credit card this month from him. I have repeatedly called and left voicemail and emailed him regarding this. I finally put in a cancellation request on the charge thru my bank. One earing I purchased from him snapped in two when I was trying to put in on, I contacted him to hope to get it repaired as it was $40/pair and have never heard back from him.
