They are airport charges for food vendors. Examples in our case are Starbucks and Subway in Los Cabos.
Oops, I gave the wrong examples before. I said examples of airport charges on my card for this merchant were Starbucks and Subway. Starbucks actually showed up as STARBUCKS APTO CABO T2 SN JOSE DEL C So the correct examples are a frozen yogurt place and Subway, both in the airport.
