I purchased a iPhone 7on 6Feb 2018 it was advertised as "New Factory Unlocked. Cost £455.00 . it subsequently went wrong and I contacted apple and they organised me to take it to an engineer at the Hull apple outlet. I was told that they were unable to repair the phone as it did not have usual apple components . On further checks he found that the phone was in fact second hand and had been previously bought in Chicago in March 2017 . Can someone help me to get my money back please?
