It is a New Zealand Mail Order pharmacy. I also did not recognize the charge but later realized it was a product I bought from them and had shipped to me in the USA
I also saw this on my CC and at first did not recognise it at all However, as a result of that (my failure to recognise) I googled it and came here and was also just on the point of reporting it as 'suspicious' when I saw the comment above that prompted me to look at my email for online purchases and realise it was for items bought online from Oamaru Pharmacy trading as https://www.pharmacy-nz.com and Physical address @ 171-173 Thames St, Oamaru, South Island NZ. I don't know 'why' it appears as it does on statements but I'm about to drop them a line and suggest they explain on their site as to how / why their charge appears in this manner and let them know that 'Pexl Sydenham' is creating confusion ! So far as I'm concerned they're an A1 Online business - communication was good, product and delivery were first class and I'm happy to recommend and use them again.
