Ubbs, LLC owns or runs the parking garage on Barton Springs Rd behind Uncle Billy's BBQ. I am currently trying to dispute a charge from them. My parking was supposed to be validated by my Uncle Billy's receipt, but I was charged $15. The phone number rings once, then nothing. You might have better luck contacting Uncle Billy's or the other business you patronized while parking there.
I have had a similar experience as Keith. Used my receipt to validate parking and was charged anyways.
Called Uncle Billy's and they sorted it out immediately. Excellent customer service.
