£75 was taken from my account by this so called surfand pay.c. Please refund my money.

I noticed this company took money from my account I thought It was suspicious but then realised I made a payment to replace my national insurance card!!

I applied for a DBS check for a client, the money was taken from my account by yourselves. However no DBS record has been received by my client. I paid £65 on the 28th Jan 2016.

I was caught out when I applied for a new driving licence which is free. They partially refunded after I immediately got in touch to explain my error, retaining part of the payment for the admin. There is no opportunity to rethink and confirm the payment.

It seems that this company charged my a/c £59.99 for the free renewal of my over 70's driving license. I have no idea who they are; they had no permission to do so; there was no indication that they were involved in the process.. All forms and envelopes used appeared DVLA authentic. DVLA offered no explanation. How did they get bank information? Clearly some form of scam. Immediate refund demanded.

I was charged (and the money was taken out of my account) the sum of £69.99 for the free renewal of my over 70 driving licence. I reported the withdrawal to my Bank and am proceeding with a complaint to Visa in the hope to obtain recovery. The position was exactly as happened to Robert's report dated 16 June 2017.

I was charged £59.99 by you for renewing my driving licence. I want this back immediately as the service is free. I was charged twice for CRB check: 1st time by £65 when applied and a week later by £30. I did receive my certificate, but didn't expect it to cost so much. I've just sent them an email asking for a refund. I will let you know the progress.

Avoid like the plague! I, like numerous others, was defrauded by these unscrupulous people of £69.99 for a driving licence which turned out to be free. These people have absolutely no conscience at all but, as the saying goes, what goes around comes around!

£110 taken out of my account- i had to contact my bank to get this cancelled-seems they are happy to take money off people like this until you take action to stop them-be careful of this

People, do not be silly, SURFANDPAY is a payment gateway which is in use by different companies as a way to get payments online. So if you lost in the online casino or payed for a dodgy staff - you give your money to those companies and not to the payment gateway. The same as you use payment terminal in the shop, you give your money to the shop not to terminal which accepts or decline your card.

Hello... I had the same experience as everyone else. The form they filled in and sent me was the “service” they legally charged me far. (I should have read the small print). I immediately cancelled my card as the company has signed me up to a subscription. I also complained directly to the company as the form ‘service’ they had provided had several mistakes on it. Therefore the service (scam or no scam) had not been delivered. I got a full refund.

After i filled up my application to renew my driving licence for 70+; there was another page page that popped up: to pay £69.99, for this application. With confidence that it is linked to DVLA, I used my credit card to pay it. After more that 2 months waiting for my renewed drivers licence, I called the DVLA and asked for my renewed drivers licence. They said, they have not received my forms and I do not need to pay.

I would like my £69.99 put back into my bank account. The matter has been reported to the police, trading standards and the ombudsman. Your are deceiving people into paying for something that is free.

A free U2 recording installed by Apple in the Fall of 2018 (which I did not approve of or even asked if I wanted) was impossible to remove. spent almost 2 hours with very arrogant Apple "customer service". I found a few months later in my bank statement that www.surfandpay.com had taken out USD150.55 for "purchase" and another $4.52 for International Transaction Fee! There is not way to contact this company. Why are they still in business and who is responsible for not having closed down this operation a long time?
