I was charged USD700+ for something I did not purchase. Fortunately, I received an SMS notification and called the bank to stop the transaction.
Heard from a friend who received a fraudulent charge in this name...
Three attempted charges today for $217.14. Bank blocked them, though.
JUST HAD A CHARGE OF $1500 FROM YOOX GROUP. BANK DID NOT BLOCK THEM!
$424.27 USD today. Fraudulent. Capital One blocked it and notified me immediately.
Two attempts today from YOOX GROUP tried to charge $668. Chase credit card denied both attempts. Shut these scammers down.
SCAM charge of 262.80 when i looked to see who they were it was a joke... bad looking clothing that I would never buy. BLOCK THIS GROUP
GOT A TRANSACTION FROM THIS EXACT SAME GROUP ON OUR BANK FOR $201.21 OUR BANK NOTIFIED US ASAP AND BLOCKED THEM.. NOT SURE HOW THEY GOT OUR INFORMATION (OR YOURS) BUT ITS AWFUL I AM GLAD IT WAS ONLY $201 SOME OF YOU HAVE A LOT HIGHER DEDUCTIBLES AND NO REFUND IM SO SORRY THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED.. Charged 207 on 9-2-21. The bank had me call the number, and it was a recording saying they were having technical difficulties. Will have to dispute the charge.
Had a charge for $80 to this company. My bank let it go thru & I had to call to dispute. It's still pending though and the bank said they'd stop payment.
Charged $695.66 USD on Oct 08. Disputed with Chase but Chase is leaning towards the merchant! I have never heard of this company nor have done business with any of their affiliates. Going through a case with Chase. This is also out of my purchasing pattern so WTH. I've also contacted Yoox as to who made the purchase and what address it was sent to. Waiting on all parties to reply.
Purchase from ferrari.com which was filled by a 3rd party. No issues with charge.
Fraud alert from bank for 639.95 from YOOX GROUP. Not sure how they got my debit card info but time for a new card :'( I have never heard of Yoox nor done any business with them.

Scam charge of $1390 on 4/23/2022 Lucky my Card Company flagged it and notified me immediately in a text.
SCAM CHARGE FOUND ON MY CREDIT STATEMENT FOR OVER 1500.00 FROM THIS YOOX GROUP. CALLED THE TELEPHONE NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH THAT TRANSACTION. THE PHONE WAS OUT OF ORDER! I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY GOT MY INFORMATION, BUT I CONTESTED IT WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. AND LIVID THERE WAS NO NOTIFICATION FOR THIS TRANSACTION.
Charged $787.12 on my bank card - In the process of dispute. I have never heard of this company. An affiliate company tried to charge over $1300 the same day. My bank declined that one.
$487.87 declined then a 1.99 affiliate ticket charge middle of night card stopped and declined
Scam charge by YOOX Internet Italy for over 300 € .. had to investigate with bank and cancel my card while on a vacation.. such shame.. i have been a customer with Yoox for over 2o yrs .. never happened before...
