Nit authorized to withdraw money from my account
Master coaches took a total of $97.15 out of my account. I filed fraud against the company with my bank and they took the scammers side saying they sent proof I authorized the charges. I didn’t.
I never got to talk to a pshychich after I paid $30 for 30 min. I finally did get to speak to one for 3 minutes when a man broke in and told me that if I wanted to continue the conversation, I would need to pay $67.15. I told him I paid $30 for 30 min and he said the one I was talking to was charging by the minute. I told him I didn't want to continue the conversation. They took the $30 out of my account with my permission, however, I never authorized them to take out the $67.15, because I didn't continue to conversation. I disputed it through my bank and my bank sided with them.
They took over $500.00 of my money
