Could stand for Parks Canada ...probably the national park fee they charge when travelling through.
PCA LAKE LOUISE F. U. FIELD BC Credit charges with the above descriptor are legitimate if you've gone to a Canadian National Park recently. I drove to the Columbia Icefields Discover Centre on 7 August 2016; at some point while traveling on Hwy 93, heading to the centre, I had to stop at a Parks Canada toll booth and paid $19.60 to enter Jasper National Park.
