That office has been closed for several years. It is very odd that they would bill you now. If you never saw a dentist in or around the Oakdale area, unless it is an old unpaid bill that was turned over to collection, I would challenge this charge on my credit card.
That office was closed several years ago. I can't imagine why they would be billing you now unless you had an unpaid bill from awhile back. If you never went to a dentist in or near Oakdale and you never saw a dentist anywhere named Dr. Yakligian, I would call the credit card company and ask them to take it off. Is there a phone number on your statement? It sounds very suspicious to me.
