It's for a test you may have taken with Pearson VUE, for example AWS or Microsoft certification.

Someone stole my card number, probably sometime in December 2020 or January 2021. There was an unauthorized charge from "Jet Frog" for 47 cents, then an unauthorized $250.16 charge from "VUE*Testing/Train SVC". Fortunately the bank notified me of suspicious activity, so I got those charges taken off my account, and got a new card issued. But always review your card statements!
