In my case, the credit card charge with the label "William Suzue CU, Richmond" results from a purchase at William Curley in Edbury Street, Belgravia. This shop is part of a company belonging to William and Suzue Curley, who opened their first shop in Richmond. Hence the confusing label on the credit card statement.
