Academy.com charge my account $370. I cancelled my card they sent me a new one within a week another $370 was debited from my account from academy.com in Texas.
Two charges showed up on my credit card. Both hundreds of dollars spent on academy.com in Texas. I'm Canadian, I have no clue how they got my card? Lots of reports of scams. Please keep your card safe.
Was just charged fraudulently by academy.com for $420.45. It's still pending. Reported it to my cc company. They are going to dispute it
I was charged $399.99 from academy.com for a purchase that I didn't make. The charge was made to a credit card which I had never used! It was a card that I received as a replacement for another card that was canceled because of fraud. I reported it to my CC company and they are investigating.
I just got off the phone with my credit union. 2 charges this week from that company totaling almost $200. I'm glad my bank caught it because around this time of year and online holiday shopping, I may not have seen it until after the new year.
