Adloader North Sydney charged my credit card on 18th November 2015. I do not know what this charge is for and I have no knowledge of subscrfibing to whatever service this is supposed to be.

Same here. I found this charge on my Visa, along with a foreign transaction fee. I have no idea what it's for.
I spotted this fraudulent charge on my bank statement posted on 3/26/2018. I have never heard of this outfit until it showed up on the statement. Am having it removed from the charges immediately.
