this an affiliate of Amazon,. They are part of Amazon shopping group- they sell Audio books. If you have found a monthly subscription on your bank statement it is probably because you downloaded a 'free' audio book and ticked the t&c's without reading that you were signing up for a monthly subscription, which would be linked to your Amazon account so it could take payment. I have just called their customer services and they can see that I haven't downloaded any audio books since I took the free download over a year ago. Ask the customer services very nicely to speak to their manager, and as a 'goodwill gesture' refund the whole subscription you've paid. Mention that you don't want to have to go to Trading Standards, the company should have made it clearer that the offer was linked to a subscription. I have just had a refund from them though, so it is worth asking. They will try and initially fob you off with the fact that it was in the T&C's which you agreed to, but in fairness, the financial commitment and subscription was hidden within the T&C's when it should have been clear from the outset, so do politely argue your case, and ask them to speak to their manager for a full refund.
