I called this Bojangles and they stated that when their system goes down they will hold card information and submit it when they system comes back up. It was 2 months ago when I went to the Bojangles and used my card and now I am being charged for it. Needless to say, I will only use cash at this Bojangles cause this is crazy. I found this out by talking with a manager over the phone today that stated they are getting lots of calls regarding this.
