Charge magically appeared this month and was listed as a "recurring charge". I did a complaint to Citi Card and they instantly credited my card and said the refund was "permanent". How this company can continue to operate is beyond me.

I was charged 26.45 today from CBI*MALWARES phone #800-799-9570 I have not today or ever ordered anything from this company credit this charge back to my acct. Immediately

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE IN JAIL. I DID NOT ORDER THIS MALWARE STUFF. I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND TOLD THEM NOT TO PAY THIS CHARGE.

Received my credit card statement today, and there is a charge for CBI Malwarebytes for $26.51. I have not authorized that charge and I am not going to pay it.

My bank account was just charged $34.99 from a site CBI* Malwarebites.com. I have no idea what this is! I do not have them as a subscription for recurring payments. The charge just popped up out of nowhere. The site has obtained my debit card information. WTF?

Charged $49.99 by CBI*MALWAREBYES.COM (located in Illinois per charge phone no.) today, 9/13/2025. I was home all day and did not submit card no. to this unknown company. A search on the names reveals a long history of fraudulent charges. Have reported and the card is canceled. A pox on whom ever does this illegal activity.

I purchased Malwarebytes for my Samsung phone purchased on 3/26/26 and the amount of 105.83 was taken out of my Debit checking account on same day. I also have Malwarebytes on my computer and it works great. But, the phone {815-715-6735} definitely does not have any security account.
