I am not positive but I think it's the Chevron on the sumner-tapps hwy. Why they charge $1.00 then refund it to chk your card I do not know. I was suspicious as well.
The owner is honest and kind... the morning staff has been consistent for years... never a scam charge... under 5 dollars they do charge extra
