Two charges for $39.99 each on rarely used MC. I am cancelling card.
I was following the instructions on how to setup a new ARRIS modem. It said to scan the QR code and it came up with a set of instructions. It requires a credit card and stated that nothing would be charged to my card. Should have known better. unauthorised charge to my credit card of $39,99 by following instructions for a setup, you have to block your creditcard, otherwise they charce you another $39,99, good luck and be careful
