This is a charge from the Wells Fargo Identity Theft Protection plan. I found out that in 2011 Wells Fargo sent out letters offering this plan. You had to sign and return then you were charged the monthly bill on either your credit card or directly from your checking account. The naming convention is slightly different for each. Mine was IDPRTCTDEC 8778168243 (with JAN, NOV, OCT, etc. for the month it covered). The number is their phone contact. Laura
