Yes, this charge is legit. Korrectlab is who does the eyeglasses for Veterans who go to the Carl Haden VA Center in Phoenix, AZ. They have a tiny office on the second floor. You give them your optical RX and they measure your eyes for a good fit of your glasses. You then pick out the frames you want and when your glasses are ready, they will be mailed to you.
