I ordered a liquid eyebrow pen and the liquid in it is dry after taking 2 months to get it. I researched everywhere to find the website and no luck. I finally checked my credit card and found storm medial paypal. I guess I got scammed to because I can't send it back and it doesn't work. The strange thing is, I do find the product on Amazon. Go figure!
