On March 28 2016 at an "ATM" at Jaffa Gate (a currency-exchange booth on the left, after entering) I withdrew 100 shekel, but got charged the DOUBLE on my credit-card: 49 USD. Learned my lesson and would advise everyone to only use real ATM-machines.
