This is a bogus company that trains their people to hack into personal accounts all over the world. How else could they have gotten into my bank account and placed a fee. I was fortunate to have a bank that immediately recognized the scam, reversed the charges and closed out my accounts.
This is a legitimate company that is targeted by criminals whom have already purchased dumps (stolen CC data). The criminal will make a low dollar transaction to test to legitimacy of the data they just purchased before making far larger transactions. In normal situations with Card Not Present or E-Commerce fraud, the criminal does not test the card as the transaction itself is the test unlike making a counterfeit plastic.
fortunately the Citibank Fraud dept caught a $1.40 transaction and alerted me right away. They were great with their procedure to remedy the problem.
Thank God for my credit card company. They caught the bogus 1.49 charge and the big charge right away, denied the charges and alerted me. Way to go Chase!!!
I called Chase this morning. I caught it as a pending POS Debit from Ocado LTD. The guy had the nerve to ask if I contacted the company. I had already quickly googled this company and knew it was fraudulent right away. I think I will be switching banks. Not happy they didn't recognize it being fraudulent.

My credit card just called me for 2 pending charges ($1.46 and 1.48), which we did not make. Credit card canceled.
$1.49 charge yesterday on May 10, 2016. It is the card issued from my state for child support so of course they did not catch it but I did as that card has not been used for at least six months.
Thank GOD for The Greater Bank who were able to stop OCADO LTD from a SECOND withdrawal of over $900. They appear to have managed to get $2 initially.....
I have been charged 4 times on my PAYPAL from this bogus company!!!?? I hate I didn't catch it earlier. Hopefully paypal will be able to resolve this ASAP!
I have been charged a few times (as of this morning/last night) for the same small amounts. I have a Paypal Prepaid Debit card.
They made a 1.49 charge on my card then 91.00 purchases on ITune i noticed because i don't own nothing from Apple. Scammers get a job.
Spotted 1.46 charge on my card -- caught it and just cancelled my card. Thank you all for the heads-up! What a pain to have to update my accounts all over the place. Mean people!
Capital One noticed a suspicious charge on my credit card for $1.46. They notified me immediately and removed the it, canceled the card and issued me a new one.
Over the weekend I noticed a $1.47 charge from them but didn't think anything of it. The next morning I had over $1k in iTunes charges on my USAA debit card. Called them and they immediately refunded the charges and canceled my card. 3 months ago it happened to my AMEX card.
They charge two different small transactions on my card of about 1.50 each. Before trying to sign me up for match.com. Luckily my bank caught the fraudulent charges and alerted me.
Just had the same $1.49 transaction happen last night but chase declined it and called immediately to confirm it was fraud and to close my account.
Just received a charge of $1.46, dated June 19, 2016! This is a SCAM CHARGE! People get your debit/credit card numbers and put a small charge in to see if it clears. If so,?? They sell your number and an asshole goes on a shopping spree all night long with your card!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!!
Just found a $1.49 charge (made today). Called bank - they cancelled my card.
Got a call from my bank this morning telling me there were 2 fraudulent charges from this "company" that were attempted on my card. The charges for very small ($1.98) so they were testing whether they would have access to my card before going in with a big hit. Thankfully my bank blocked the first transaction from even happening. This is a huge scam that more people need to beware of!
Checked my account this morning ( I have no idea why-- I never do) say 3 charges thAt I did not make. 1 from eastbay 1 from Zappos and then 1.40 from Ocado. I'm glad I googled this.
My card was charged $1.48 today 06/22/16 from Ocado, I called the bank and my card had been cancelled. It is a scam...
Luckily my credit card company caught this scam! The scammers tried here and another online grocery store as well. I had to cancel my card!
