This charge is for the tow and parking fee paid to City of New Orleans. My car was towed on April 13, 2015; the tow and parking fee was paid by Capital One Credit card.
I've never been to New Orleans, but this PAM NEW ORLEANS PARK W charged my Credit Card around 600.00 dollars. I'm in the process of getting the payment cancelled.
