Its a legitmate (and popular) VPN service
I have had three payments taken from a company called keepsolid, and now one from London Trust. Both are VPN companies, of which I do not need nor want, as I have a VPN account already. Two companies, four payments. May close PayPal account as I did not authorise them!!!!
