Not sure what this is. Saw it on my CC Statement for $299 USD. Two days later it was credited back in full. BUT since I am in Canada I am down $20 CAD because of exchange rate. I don’t even have this CC on my PayPal. Haven’t used PayPal in over 6 years. I know because the CC on my PP account has been expired for that long. Sounds suspicious to me.
