Today 5/1/19 just noticed this charge on my card: "PAYPAL TELRANCOMMU (402)935-7733 $29.90" . This charge might be legit, but might not be since I can't figure out what it could be. I will check my emails to determine if I purchased something about that time of the transaction dated 4/11/19. I find as a general rule with credit cards, read every line on your bill, know what you bought(hello... transparency of cc co.), OR ELSE don't use them at all. Again, this may be a perfectly legit charge..
Just as a follow up. In my case this charge was fine. I remember buying something for my tv from ebay for $29.90. :) Would help if the seller/ebay gave an email receipt at time of purchase.
