I had a similar credit card charge on 9/23/18 under the name "topwireless" which I initially didn't recognize. When I checked my PayPal it turned out that this was a legitimate charge from an Ebay purchase (Seller: "bigdeals") which I had paid through PayPal. For some reason the charge showed up on my credit card without reference to PayPal. Apparently the seller's business name is "Top Wireless Wholesaler LLC" which must be the reason it showed up as "topwireless". I don't know why PayPal charge it to my credit card under the Ebay Seller name "bigdeals".
It charged me double for something that should have been only 80 bucks, it's not cool to do that whatsoever and they're not letting me get my money back.
