After every filling at gas station, then follow by a PCC 7352 charges, without any explanation. It has accumulated over $436.29 since 5/29/2017. That's only what I have found, and have not even look over bills prior to this one.
A charge on my credit card statement for $29.50 at PCC 7352 in Victoria, TX turns out to be for self-serve gas at Stripes-Snax Max, 1901 Sam Houston, Victoria TX 77901, 361-573-6330.
