This is the prepaid insurance charge from Expedia for rental cars in Europe if you wish to prepay and avoid the CDW hassle at the counter when you pick up your car. The plan was much cheaper than purchasing through the rental agency

Also, a charge if you happen to make a mistake and have to change your airport, to pick up the car. Not only did I NOT get to carry it over to the next airport, I had to pay MORE for the other car and got a smaller one than the first one.
I was on the Avis site and somehow I ended up on this site, unbeknownst to me. I was renting a car in Canada and was charged in US dollars, without my knowledge. They sold me insurance for $22.00 again, in US funds. Upon arrival in Calgary, the Avis agent told me the insurance they sold me was worthless. Beware!!!
This is only good in case of emergency! I tried changing my flight and was told that unless it was a death or illness it wouldn't cover it. Garbage!! Don't waste your money!!
