I have spotted it in my online bank statement today (31/10/202). I was shocked to discover it and wondered, what was it for? I ran my investigation and I discovered that it could be because I purchased a Highway code book and Road Traffic Signs book from a company known as STO?! It could be linked to this purchase (without my knowledge) or without being paid attention to it at the time I made my purchase? Still some investigation I have to carry out !
