This appears to be Super Ha'Ir (or Super Haïr, or Super Ha-ir), an Israeli supermarket chain. (Israelis do not know how to properly render Hebrew names into English lettering, but they all think they DO, and so they never ask anyone who WOULD know how to do it to enter it for them.) The one in Jerusalem is in the popular tourist spot of Ben-Yehuda street, at 21 Ben-Yehuda Street, Jerusalem, 9462411.
