This is a parking structure. Not suspicious at all.
Parking when I took a cruise on Carnival.
It was the 3 days parking fee at CARNIVAL cruise parking lot.
It's paying the parking lot attendant you barely notice coming off the cruise ship hung over...
Parking fee at the Long Beach Carnival cruise parking building. $23 per day.

So glad to see I was not scammed. Gibs Inc. did look suspicious to me. Yes, this was a $69 charge on my credit card for covered 3-day parking for my Carnival cruise.
