This charge is unknown to me. Dated 27.06.2022 - no paperwork (invoice or sales documentation) evident and at the time I was particularly unwell, awaiting hospitalisation. My Visa card is not used for on-line shopping, other than booking accommodation and travel. Please advise the purpose of the charge, and who authorised it. There have been a couple of other unauthorised transactions on this card, which has since been blocked and another issued. Bank Security is assisting with the detection.
Please advise the details of this charge and the actual date on which is was activated, as I only have my Bank Statement as a guide.
How many times must I go through this process? Please accept my comment and address my concerns.
