What is this charge for.
I was charged on my credit card $11.63 for minutes and days for which I have not recieve credit on my phone. As of now I can't use my tracfone. Phone number is 209 483 4924

I have been getting charged by them since May and have never owned a tracfone, I have tried cancelling my credit card twice and am still seeing the charges. Is this only coming from a tracfone or is this potentially coming from something else? I am tempted to cancel my credit card all together in the hopes that I won't see it any where else.
