I know from personal experience that ReportLinker are dishonest and scam both clients and publishers. I paid for a report, which was not supplied, however the publishers say that ReportLinker sold it to another customer. ReportLinker then tried to sell me a an illegal copy of the report, then defrauding the publisher.
This is a charge that was never authorized
