The website refused to find records without personal info. Then double charged us anyway.
If you try to order and dont follow through, instead of cancelling it after a certain period they still try to charge your account. Dont use vital check for personal records.I had to manually cancel an order an order I did not finish.
I was charged by this after I cancelled my order. I have screenshots to prove my order was incomplete & CANCELLED. DO NOT USE VITALCHEK!!!!!!
I want to cancel my request for a copy of my birth certificate
I started to order a copy of my birth certificate and did not complete the form because it asked for my SS#. Red flag #1. I kept getting emails to complete the form but did not. Noticed a charge of $12.95 on my bank statement that was rejected because I have Regions LockIt enabled on my card and I only open it for transactions I make then lock it again. Thank God the charge was rejected!! Do not use VITAL CHECK!!!
I tried to get my birth certificate. They said more info was needed!! Nowhere to send or upload!! I want a refund. They charged me twicr
I ordered a copy of my mother's birth certificate on Jan. 26, 2021. Said I should receive it by 2/12/2021. A week later I have not received it and do not know how to contact to get it.
The charge comes from vital check it said my order was incomplete but charged 12.95 for not completing or cancelling..cancel your order or complete it.

I did not complete my order because it was ridiculous high . I went to my locate court house and got it for half the price. And they still charged me.
