This CHARGE occurred while exiting the Kahului Airport Short Term Parking Lot. The 1st time I entered my card into the payment machine, it was rejected as not read, the 2nd time it was read and the regular feeof $5.00 was properly assessed. I believe the $50.00 fee assessed is a scam and tied to the 1st processing attempt. Be aware locals and visitors. I suspect the airport parking vendor knows of this scam.
