London Heathrow T5 Long stay parking. The company APCOA-HAL-LS has the franchise from London Heathrow Holdings to operate this car park. We in an emergency had to use this car park and we’re charged £160 above the prebooked rate for 10 days parking. A complete and total rip off. We expected an additional charge but not £16 a day. Be aware!
