I have never heard of SCR*ALLEGRO and when I called they said that I had no account with them. They debited My checking account of $25.68 and a Balance of $2,032.93 I want my $25,68 put back in my account or I'll report them to the BBB
how can they debit my checking if they have no account with me that is what they told me and I have never had anything to do with them and didn't know them until the debited my account

I am so mad! I am 75 years old and on a fixed income. Image how I felt when I received a letter today from Fortiva, one of my credit cards, saying they closed my account because I went over my limit with a purchase of $808.00 on January 31, 2020. I did not make a purchase from anybody but scr*ALLEGRO was listed as supplier!. I want my account reinstated and this charge wiped from my credit card. I am very careful with how I use my credit cards and pay promptly. This will have a negative effect on my credit score:(((. Can anyone help me?
